No Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases under any circumstances.
Exchanges Only
- If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in unused, resellable condition and in its original packaging.
- The item should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
How to Request an Exchange
- Please contact us via email at customercare@superskystore.co.za within 3 days of receipt.
- Include your order number, a description of the item, and the reason for the exchange.
- We will respond with instructions on how to return the item and select a replacement.
Return Process
- Once approved, you will receive a return authorization along with specific instructions.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Processing Exchanges
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your exchange.
- If the item meets the above conditions, we will send out the replacement at no additional cost.
- If the item does not meet the conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return the item to you.
